Below are details of all fees and administration charges associated with taking a tenancy through Centrick Property.  Please note the figures shown below are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Reservation fee (Non refundable fee - Per additional applicant)*: £100.00

Additional permitted occupant: £100.00 

Global referencing (applicants with a visa i.e. Non-EU): £50   (£100.00 - Nottingham)

Landlord Reference fee: £30.00

Guarantor referencing fee (Per Guarantor): £100.00 

Company Reference: £350.00

Inventory and check out (2 beds and under): £150.00

Inventory and check out (3 beds plus): £180.00

Change of contract (after references have cleared): £100

Renewal Fee (fixed/periodic): £110.00/£150.00 

Addendum to tenancy agreement: £100.00 

Change of contract (Changes made after references have cleared): £100.00 

Late payment charges:  As per your tenancy agreement 

Adding additional tenants to the tenancy agreement: £100.00 (Subject to the Landlords permission)    

Tenant transfer:  £300.00

Early term agreement:  Equivalent to one month's rent (as per tenancy agreement)

Cancelled appointment:  £100.00 

Charge to issue letter to 3rd parties:  £50.00

Charge to reissue a copy of the AST or other paperwork:  £50.00

Borrowing management keys:  £100.00 holding deposit

Credit card payment:  We no longer accept credit card payments

Visa Confirmation Check: £50.00

Pre-check out inspection (optional): £66.00

Nil Deposit Scheme, in association with Let Alliance

Finding a deposit when you’re moving into a new rental home can be tough when your previous deposit hasn’t been returned, and you’re paying your first month’s rent and the costs associated with moving. The Let Alliance Nil Deposit Scheme provides an alternative to the traditional deposit.

How does it work?

  • You pay a Nil Deposit service charge equivalent to 1 week’s rent plus VAT to Let Alliancee.g. 1 months rent : £780 (£780 x 12)/52 : £180 + VAT You pay : £216
  • Our Nil Deposit service manages the payment of any entitlement to your letting agent, up to a maximum of 6 week’s rent, for any breach of the tenancy agreement agreed by you
  • You will reimburse Let Alliance for the sum agreed by you, or determined by an independent adjudicator in the case of a dispute, within 14 days of notification
  • For rentals with more than one tenant you nominate a lead tenant
  • You have tenants’ liability insurance in place for the complete tenancy term and provide a copy of your insurance certificate
  • In the case of tenancy extensions a Nil Deposit extension service charge of £30 including VAT is payable to Let Alliance, and the Scheme is renewable every 12 months as a minimum
