There's plenty of fun to be had in Nottingham this Easter!

Following the opening of our Nottingham office, we thought we’d keep you up to date with all the fun, local things happening this Easter. Whether you are planning a relaxing break or simply looking for something to keep the kids entertained, you will not be short of things to do in Nottingham!

With a daunting two/three weeks ahead, it can be a mind-boggling process trying to piece together ways to keep the kids occupied whilst they are off school. But fear not, Centrick Property can point you in the right direction.

If you’re keen to embrace the Easter festivities, don't miss the opportunity to rally the family together for the Bunnies and Bonnets event at the Framework Knitters' Museum on 18th April. If your little one wears an Easter bonnet (or you can find a way to bribe your older children to do so) every child will be given free admission for the knitted bunny and Easter egg hunt. A fun, jam-packed day of activities that will be sure to keep the kids entertained without breaking the bank of Mum and Dad!

Running with the Easter egg hunt theme, there are plenty of opportunities for choctastic fun in Nottinghamshire this April. Nottingham Castle will be offering plenty of festive fun or you can head on down to Clumber Park, The Workhouse or Mr Straw's House to take part in one of the fantastic Cadbury Easter Egg Trails (we can guarantee the parents will be just as competitive as the kids when it comes to hunting down these chocolatey treats).

It’s Easter, so if that’s not a great excuse to indulge in chocolate then what is? And Ye Olde Bell in Barnby Moor near Retford, will be holding a Chocoholics' Afternoon Tea as a celebration of all things chocolate! Perfect for all you chocolate lovers that are after a chance to spend time with your loved ones whilst enjoying delicious food.

If you need a break from scoffing chocolate (every once in a while can't hurt right?) then head on down to Stonebridge City Farm and get up close and personal with the animals. Your little ones will have the chance to see everything from pond frogs to cows – and let’s not forget their resident tortoise, Kevin! The perfect opportunity to educate your child on animals outside of the classroom (and they’ll be having too much fun to notice).

Whatever you get up to over the Easter holidays, have a brilliant time! We can’t wait to hear about all the exciting things you’ve been getting up to.
