We don't take the ‘multi-tasking’ approach employed by many agents, (where the lettings negotiator will also be the person arranging a plumbing repair in between a full diary of viewings). We do ensure that our teams of tenancy managers have the specific expertise to look after you and your tenant in each area of the process. 

From a dedicated rent collections team who will call your tenant after work to remind them the rent is due;  to 24/7 emergency maintenance response manned by our in-house operatives who are equipped to perform basic troubleshooting over the phone and save you a call out charge.  We’re sure both you and your tenant will be pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of our knowledgeable service.

Our full property management service includes:

  • Comprehensive and proactive online and regional 'shop front' marketing
  • Full tenant referencing including credit check, employer reference and current landlord reference (where applicable)
  • Deposit registration and management
  • Full photographic inventory for each new let
  • Reporting utilities
  • Full rent collection service, including arrears chasing and issuing Section 8/21 advice, where applicable
  • Regular inspections (at least one within each 6 month period and typically 4 months apart)
  • Management of gas safety certification / PAT tests / electric checks
  • Dedicated maintenance department with 24/7 duty manager service

Check-out inspection and cleaning/maintenance service where costs need to be deducted from tenant deposit.
