CENTRICK LURES PROPERTY OWNERS WITH TEMPTING OFFER Property owners instructing Centrick Property to sell or let their home are being given the opportunity to win back their fees. The Knowle-based estate agency, lettings and property management firm will enter all new clients for 2012 into a prize draw with the winner getting back their fees. According to Carina Hill, a director at Centrick, the prize is worth up to £5,000. The competition is open not only to those selling their home, but also to investors who instruct Centrick to let their property. In this case, a free fully managed let for one year is up for grabs. Ms Hill said: “This is a great incentive for both vendors and landlords. We launched our Solihull residential sales arm last Autumn, to complement our already established lettings and estate management service in the area. “Despite the challenging economy property in Solihull is moving and we hope that the competition will encourage new vendors to give us a try. “We have a growing list of people looking to buy and rent properties across the West Midlands and Warwickshire villages and we require more new property owners to help us meet this demand.”
