Just months after moving its head office to Birmingham, Centrick Property has opened a new estate management and lettings office in Knowle High Street.
Centrick Property's bosses are intent on strengthening the service offered to clients in Solihull and beyond.
Director Carina Hill said the launch endorsed Centrick's position as ''the company with the local touch''.
The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) regulated office aims to offer ''unbeatable hands-on service'' for landlords.
The company's roots are in estate management, where the team has worked hard to increase property values with an appreciation of ''the impotence of finding the right tenant'', added Ms Hill.
As well as advertising properties at its new base in Knowle, Centrick offers online and print advertising of properties to increase tenant interest and minimise void periods for landlords.
The company also operates an in-house maintenance department offering 24-hour assistance to its estate management business as well as to landlords and tenants.
Ms Hill said Centrick scored not only because of the service it offers but also because of its links with its existing client base.

"Thanks for being so helpful and supportive over the past eight months, dealing with Centrick and your smiling faces has always been a pleasure"
Nick, Birmingham tenant
"Great job, no void periods... It's a great little investment there in Birmingham centre."
Mr Wrigly, Landlord
"I would like to thank your company for all your help and assistance over the last 6 months, I have been very settled at this flat"
Simon, Birmingham tenant
"Now we have put our trust in Centrick's new management style Things that used to take days now only take hours!"
