One of the city’s leading independent agents, Centrick Property, will open its doors to existing and would be investors on 7th November to talk about developments that have become real success stories for the company in the last 12 months and share information about forthcoming investment opportunities.

The investor evening will be hosted at its newest office in Colmore Row, which opened to great acclaim earlier this year and boasts an innovative café style property lounge, so attendees will be able to enjoy a latte or prop up the bar while mingling with other investors and the Centrick Property team. 

Colmore Row branch is the company’s second office in central Birmingham, in addition to it’s management centre next to the Mailbox on Commercial Street, with other offices in Knowle High Street, Solihull and London. “Centrick Property’s expansion is a direct reflection of the renewed confidence and activity in the Midlands property market over the last couple of years,” explains Chairman, James Ackrill. “With healthy rental values prevailing and property prices on the increase, many of our clients are seeing now as the perfect time to make a property investment.”   

Centrick Property works closely with many key clients who are very active in the Midlands property scene and has achieved success in both sales and lettings projects defying the recent property recession.  Instructions as joint agent to sell prestigious apartments in The Cube, one of Birmingham’s most famous iconic buildings, Citywalk on Irvine Street and Park Central are amongst the key instructions for the independent agent.  With many more re-sale investment opportunities on its books, Centrick Property is certainly doing its bit to encourage the much needed growth within the property sector.

Holloway Birmingham Limited is thrilled that presently only one apartment remains for sale in phase 1 of the 68-unit Citywalk development which was bought out of administration and then sold individually.  They are confident that this last remaining apartment will be sold shortly.   Alastair Graham of Holloway Birmingham Limited commented “ I look forward to continuing a strong on going relationship with Centrick Property, Andy Butts the sales manager has looked after us providing a superb service. Centrick Property rose to a further challenge in the same development when a bulk investor instructed the team to let his 14 apartments within 8 weeks of going to market.  Never afraid to rise to take up the gauntlet and confident in their ability to reach targets without compromising on customer care the lettings team delivered well within the given timescale.   The sales and letting market has seen considerable growth particularly over the last six months despite the lack of new build stock.
