Centrick Property has boosted its residential sales team with the appointment of Richard Drew as sales manager at its Solihull branch on Knowle High Street. The new negotiator has more than 19 years experience in the estate agency business, having worked for both John Shepherd and Shipway in Knowle and Shirley respectively. Centrick added residential sales to its established lettings and estate management business in Solihull last August.
Property developer Amelwood has instructed Centrick Property to sell 24 tenanted apartments in Erdington. Amelwood, a Belfast-based commercial and residential developer and investment company with interests around the UK, built its Queen's Court developments, comprising 11 one-bed an
d 13 two-bed apartments, in 2008.
